"The house was very memorable for our group. We all enjoyed our time there. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property more. The pellet stove was very nice. And the neighborhood was so quiet at night. That was wonderful.Those staircases are steep! This may need to be mentioned in the house description. No everyone would be capable to climb them.Also, it needs to be mentioned that two of the upstairs bedrooms have to go through the third bedroom to get downstairs or to the second bathroom. We had two not show for this trip so it was not an issue, however, this may not be comfortable or appropriate for all guests that have a full house."

"This is an exceptionally beautiful place to stay. Extremely comfortable for what is essentially a studio apartment -- though it lacked a full kitchen and full size refrigerator, it was very comfortable and convenient. The location is sort of 'rural West Chester' and not within walking distance of say -- downtown but the hosts provided a very helpful guide of restaurants, grocery and drug stores. It was a very quiet and restful stay. Thank you!"

"We were in town from NC to visit the kids and grandkids. We stayed two nites. This was a great spot for 2 of us. Communication with host was easy and directions for check-in/check-out timely and precise. The house was cozy, very clean and bed very comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean. Kitchen was well supplied. Appliances new. Very close to everywhere we wanted to be. We felt very welcomed. We look forward to coming and staying again many times. Liz and Bryon Wilson"

"We rented the farmhouse as a base for visiting family back home over Christmas week, and it was like living in a Hallmark Christmas movie house. Absolutely beautiful, incredibly private, tastefully decorated for Christmas, and stocked with anything you could ever possibly need (and more!). One thing that made the week a success for our 3-generation group was the layout: my elderly parents got the master bedroom/bath, my husband & I and teenage kids took the other "half" of the upstairs. Between this feature and the two separate living spaces on opposite sides of the first floor, this was absolutely ideal for grandparents who go to bed at 8 vs the college kids staying up til 2 :). Only wish we could've enjoyed the outdoors more- this would be a lovely summer rental too. Then again, I enjoyed hiding out from the snow and ice in the library and could've spent a week just enjoying all the books. Just wonderful."
