Great stay in the heart of town with AC!!

We LOVED our stay here. There was AC in the common area and bedrooms that cooled the whole place off nicely. We had no issues with bugs or anything like that. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and walkable to plenty of restaurants and shops. The property felt safe and secure for our 5 and 6 year olds. We would definitely stay here again.

A super great location!

Super great location. Conveniently close to many amenities including groceries and a yoga place. Quite close to Santa Teresa beach. A tad noisy but is completely acceptable given the other pluses. Ps. Bedding and beds were ve try comfortable!

Villas Solar is a well-kept and well-designed oasis in Santa Teresa. We appreciated the little decorative touches that made the villa feel special. We had plenty of space for our family of four. Greg was communicative and friendly before and during our stay. The villas are an easy walk from the beach. We would gladly stay again!

If you a light sleeper done stay there. You can hear the cars and tracks from each room, it woke me up in the middle of the night and it’s the first thing you hear in the morning. The place is old and the showerhave a low water stream. The host is amazing, super nice. The place have good vibes and close to the beach.
