The hotel has no phone, and no street address recognizable by a GPS. Fortunately we found someone who recognized the picture of the hotel and sent us there. "Clean room - but nothing like the pictures featured on their advertising. A small bolt was the only security to the outside of the building/balcony and looked over a secluded car park, so felt a little vulnerable. Staff were friendly and easy to get a grab to restaurants/ central Miri."

"Limited parking space but once you're in, you need not to worry about your car as it is safe within the inn area. It is a very convenient hotel. There's a restaurant located next to it & we only need to walk few steps forward to reach Bintang Mall. For a long stay, you may need to remind any of the hotel staffs when the housekeeping service worker forgot to put the drinking water bottles on the dressing table.
