Have a fantastic vacation at this beautiful 2400 square foot 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beach house within 200 yards of Cocoa Beach.

The Surf Beach House was designed with your comfort in mind. The open floor plan includes a downstairs great room with high ceilings, a 60 inch smart TV, and high-end furnishings. An expansive fully furnished kitchen contains indoor seating for 12, granite countertops, dishes, pans, and stainless steel appliances. Sliding doors open to a view of your own relaxing private saltwater pool with a Baja shelf for sunning. Patio furniture and a BBQ grill surround the pool area. A full bath and queen sleeper sofa are located on this floor for your convenience.

Upstairs, a large master bedroom contains a king size bed, 49 inch Smart TV, and a futon. The master en suite bath with corner soaking tub and separate shower also contains a convenient washer and dryer and walk-in closet. A balcony overlooking the pool can be accessed from this bedroom or from a hallway door.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 both offer queen beds and 39 inch Smart TVs. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds, 39 inch Smart TV, and a walk-in closet.

The garage houses a large washer and dryer. Two bicycles, a beach wagon, surfboards, beach umbrellas, and toys for the beach and pool are here for your use. The garage and driveway provide parking for 4 vehicles, and daytime parking is available around the corner in the public lot.

The property was built by owners with easy access to the beach. There are no streets to cross, only a sidewalk to follow to the dune crossover. The Cocoa Beach Pier is a short walk of 1/2 mile down the beach. Stores and restaurants are also nearby, several within walking distance. Miniature golf, and go-carts are at the end of the street. The Space Coast Stadium Complex is a 25 minutes away, making our beach house a great place to stay if someone in your group is involved in tournament games.

This 2400+ sq. ft. beach house is one of two adjoining townhouses on a corner lot. Each townhouse has the following amenities:
*Private heated pool (not shared)
*Smart TVs in every bedroom
*Use your own Netflix, ect. accounts
*Gaming HDMI Cords on some TVS
*Internet service
*Towels and linens provided
*2 washers and dryers on each side
*Bicycles and helmets
*4 parking spaces
*200 yards from the beach
*Modern construction

Check in is 4:00 PM EST and check out is 10:00 AM EST. Security deposit is $500, Cleaning Fee is $245, and state and county taxes are 12%. Renters will receive entry code and directions to the property. A single rollaway bed is available upon request for an additional guest. Minimum age for primary renter is 30. The prices quoted are for up to 8 guests. Additional guests are $25 per person per night. We require a rental contract and a phone conversation. This house does not qualify as a wedding or reception venue.

We are fully licensed to operate as a vacation rental with Brevard County and the state of Florida.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house is so close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, mini golf, the pier and other stores. You could walk to them if you want to. The back yard is a great place to hang out and the heated pool was amazing. We’re coming back next year!

Beautiful property!

The house was beautiful, it was so clean and smelled amazing. It was big enough for 11 people with room. It was on a very nice beach and walking distance to the pier that had so many bars and restaurants with a place that is only 21 and up at the end of it. The owner of the house was so nice and helpful she made sure we had everything and Made sure we had all the info to her and her sons. I have already recommended her house to so many people and I will definitely go back. Oh and not to mention in the master bathroom is a huge bathtub.

Location, Location, Location

The location of this property couldn't be better. You are literally steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shops maybe two blocks away. It's a nice neighborhood for walking or riding bikes. The kitchen had anything we needed for cooking meals. The owners were very attentive stopping by the house several times a week to check on the property and pool. They answered our calls and texts very quickly. Cathy sent messages when they were coming to the house and notified us of rocket launches from the space center. They graciously were able to allow us early access since the cleaners were done with the house. They were available to assist if needed. The house can use some upgrades to indoor/outdoor furniture, towels, and bedding/pillows. The property could use maintenance with the back outdoor steps wearing and power washing to siding in places. These issues can easily be remedied and perhaps they will be done soon. Be aware that there are 22 steps to get to the second floor due to the high ceilings. We stayed a month at this property and enjoyed our time with family and friends. There are beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and pool items available for use. This home provides your basic rental home needs to enjoy Cocoa Beach. Best thing is Location!

Perfect Getaway!

This is the perfect getaway in prime location. Lots to do within walking distance including restaurants, bars, liquor stores, go- carts, and the beach too. The house was clean, and stocked full of all essentials along with beach essentials too. The pool was warm, and my kids enjoyed swimming. Could view the rocket launches from the beach too. Cathy literally thought of it all! Great place to stay and hope to be back again! Thank you!!

Great location and home

The house was great. It is very spacious. We had five adults, one child and two tweens. I have stayed in many vacation homes and this one by far had the most supplies. The pool was very warm for the January days. Very close to beach just a short walk away. Communication with Cathy was very clear and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Fantastic Christmas vacation

The house was big and roomy. The walk to the beach was a short and easy walk. The beds were comfortable. Having 2 sets of washer/dryers was nice. Plenty of extra beach stuff in garage. Having bikes was a plus. Lots of things close like restaurants and shops. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The pool was nice. Perfect!

This house was absolutely perfect! The house is so spacious. I loved how open the living room and kitchen is downstairs and all of the bedrooms were upstairs. We never felt crammed or on top of each other like we do in a condo. The pool was great! We found ourselves there more than the beach. The beach is just a few steps away. We appreciated all the beach supplies in the garage including the wagon. There was also plenty of pool toys and floats. The house had everything we could have possibly needed. We were able to grill and fix meals conveniently. I loved the laundry on both floors. The house was close to everything too. We enjoying mini golf, ice cream, Dunkin, the pier and much more so close to the house. We also got to watch a rocket launch. We would definitely stay here again! The owner was very responsive and made us feel comfortable. Thank you Cathy!

Everything about the place was amazing!! Short walk to the beach. All beach related things (chairs, wagon, umbrella, boards) available for use. Pool was amazing and property has pool tools available. The house was just what we were hoping. Plenty of room for our family. House spotlessly clean. The signficant added bonus was the easy walk to the beach - which is why we chose to vacation in FL. 10/10! This property was fantastic. It was a great place to relax before heading out for more vacationing. The beach is literally steps away and everything is provided for everyone to have fun in the sand. The pool was perfect and was kept at a great temperature. The kitchen is well set up with everything you need to cook a meal (if you're into that on vacation). The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The property is close enough to walk to places like Ron Jon, Publix or Sandbar. A great place to make family memories :)

Amazing time.

My family and I had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 5 children ages 14 and under. Easy access to the beach and short walking distance to many shops, bars and grills. Private pool was perfect. Cathy was a great host and super responsive, not that we needed to contact her for anything really. I would obsolutely recommend this place and hope to stay here again.

Family Fun 2023!

Perfect location and house for our family (4 adults, 2 children, ages 6 and 9)!! The kids were in the pool less than 10 minutes after we arrived and this helped set the tone of total relaxation for the start of our trip. Great layout, plenty of room to interact and to spread out, whatever we wanted. And thank you for having everything we could possibly want (including a cart!) for the beach! Our favorite of the beach offerings (besides the cart!!) was the backpack cooler. I will be searching the web to buy one of those for future excursions. And HUGE thanks to Cathy and Brian for allowing us to check in early when both our flight and speedy driver enabled us to be at the house 3 hours before checkin!!! Amazing support, awesome house, and best of all, MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE!!

Another wonderful stay!

The location is wonderful… just steps to the beach and close to Publix ;) We had great weather and had a chance to watch a rocket launch on Sunday night from the beach… the kids loved it! We spent a lot of time in the pool and loved the fact you could place an umbrella there. The house is fully equipped but what blew us away was how impeccable the grill was … hubby loves to grill!
