The Space:

Step onto the dock, drop a kayak in the water, and let the canal carry you toward the Banana River while the Florida sun warms the morning air. This waterfront escape puts the water at your back door and the beach just minutes away, making it an easy home base for a Space Coast summer.

Living space

The home is laid out for families and groups who want room to spread out without losing that easy, together feeling. A dedicated workspace and TV with sound system give you flexibility for downtime, and board games are on hand for evenings in. The home sits on a single level, so there are no stairs to navigate between rooms.

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests: one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, paired with three full bathrooms - including a convenient poolside bathroom for easy access after a swim. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers are provided throughout.

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and baking sheet. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are stocked, and the dining table is the natural gathering spot after a day on the water. When you'd rather cook outside, the BBQ grill and barbecue utensils make waterfront cookouts simple.

Bathrooms

Three full bathrooms serve the home, including the poolside bathroom for rinsing off between pool and canal. Each is stocked with shampoo, body soap, cleaning products, and hot water, plus towels for every guest.

Outdoor space

The backyard opens straight onto the canal, with a private pool, fire pit, patio, and outdoor furniture creating a natural spot to unwind. A kayak is provided for exploring the canal, and beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are ready for a day by the ocean. Paddleboarding is a favorite way to take in the water here, and evenings by the fire pit are an easy way to close out the day.

Location

Tucked into a quiet residential waterfront neighborhood, the home is a short distance from Cocoa Beach itself, along with restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. The canal connects directly to the Banana River, and dolphin sightings are common right from the backyard. Fishing charters and rocket launch viewing spots are also nearby, giving guests a true taste of the Space Coast.

Free parking is available on the premises, and self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple. Pets are allowed. Please note exterior security cameras are located on the property, including a Ring camera near the front door facing the street.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.

Located in one of Cocoa Beach's desirable waterfront neighborhoods, this home offers a quiet residential setting with easy access to everything the Space Coast has to offer. Enjoy nearby beaches, waterfront dining, local shops, fishing charters, and rocket launch viewing opportunities. The home sits along a navigable canal connected to the Banana River, providing a true Florida waterfront experience.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the Space Coast, though many Cocoa Beach attractions, restaurants, and beach access points are only a short drive away. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area. Guests may park in the driveway during their stay, making it easy to come and go while exploring Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Port Canaveral, and the Kennedy Space Center.

To help you get settled, we provide a starter supply of essential items for your arrival, including:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: laundry detergent is not provided)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs

Starter supplies are intended to get you through the beginning of your stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing items as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

- Mailbox access is not available for guests

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance and records the exterior entry area for security purposes.
