Nice condo!

Three couples stayed in this unit for 5 days. It is spacious, nicely decorated and furnished. TVs in all 3 bedrooms. Beautiful view of the ocean.

The condo was much larger then accepted. Loved that everything you need for the beach was there, so you didn't have to pack beach supplies. Great location, enjoyed the views!

Very clean, walking distance to restaurants, beach was perfect not crowded, peaceful. Loved the pool only recommendation on pool are more umbrellas. Beach path way was nice plus the cleaning sand station. Unit had everything we needed.

Updated Condo designed for a family

This was a stunning vacation stay inside and out. We had luxuries including a fun saltwater pool, spacious bedrooms and the two balconies were amazing! The short walk to the beach and views of the ocean were spectacular. We had an issue with the smart door lock at the beginning, but the small hiccup was resolved in a timely manner with a very friendly and professional maintenance employee. I would highly recommend this location to anyone, especially with children.

We would stay here again. We appreciated that we could stay an extra day.

The view of the beach is great. We enjoyed getting sea shells. It was nice to have an area where the kids could run and play. The pool was close and the water was warm. All six of us could easily sit around the dining room table. It worked out well.

Beautiful, beach front, clean and modern

This beautifully renovated apartment provides everything you need. Just a 1 minute walk to the beach. Stunning beach views from virtually all angels of the apartment. Two of the bedrooms have huge windows that allow you to see the beach and the sunrise. The kitchen, dinning and living room also provide spectacular view. I didn't mind doing dishes with such view! The apartment was extremely well cleaned and had everything you need., including washer and dryer. Beach chairs and other beach supplies were also available. The staff provides excellent customer service, always in touch about your needs and experience. They went above and beyond in making sure our experience was a great one. The complex provides a great pool to enjoy after a Long Beach day. Even on cold days there is a lot to do, and views are mesmerizing. The complex also has cleaning people making sure common areas are up to standard. We had a wonderful time with our kids and family members. We can't wait to return. We created beautiful memories in this beautiful apartment. Highly recommended!

Great location, clean, plenty of room, nice appliances. We had an issue with the bed the first night we were there. I contacted the host and it was fixed within a few hours. Great customer service. We had everything we needed for the beach, the pool was heated and clean. We will be back.

Best family vacation

This is the perfect location with the best views and access to the beach. The pool was perfect and the entire complex is so clean!! The room was perfect for the four of us - and the restaurants are all with in walking distance. We will absolutely book this condo again!!

Spanish Main 64

Three Adults spent a week at Spanish Main 64 and it was wonderful! We enjoyed the balconies and easy beach access. Luckily got to see 3 rocket launches from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed. Bonus was a short walk to The Wisk & Grind for breakfast. Easy access - love the door codes. Nice elevator for those of us mobility challenged. Very comfortable condo.

Wir haben Cocoa Beach sehr geniessen können!

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in Cocoa Beach. Dazu beigetragen hat sicher die sehr gute Lage der Unterkunft. Positiv: - Lage - direkt an der Atlantikküste - Wohnung selbst - Aus unserer Wohnung hatten wir einen direkten Blick auf die Raketenstarts! Negativ/Verbesserungsfähig: - die Struktur der Gebäude - also alles ausserhalb der Wohnung - ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Moderniesierung sollte wohl da und dort an die Hand genommen werden - Schattenplätze am Pool fehlen - Möblierung auf dem Balkon Wir können die Wohnung und den Vermieter empfehlen.

Great Place to stay directly on beach

Check in process is easy, great clean place to stay. 2 balconies and direct view to the beach. Easy access to the beach and pool. It was very nice having beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, amd cooler included if flying and cant bring those items with. Perfect location, the beach was basically private away from the really busy areas. But walking distance to many things.

Summer 2024

I just got back from spending a week in cocoa beach. This condo is amazing and the owners are fantastic with communication and help whenever we needed it. The rooms are huge and everything just fits together. The beach is beautiful. You get to watch cruise ships set sail, rockets take off, and you are only about an hour from the theme parks. I will absolutely be booking this condo a get in the future.

Condo was older, but very clean. We had a couple issues, the ice maker never worked, we had to buy ice. The lock on the door failed to work at random times, but we were able to use the key entry. But before we had the code to the key entry box, we were unable to get into our condo for 45 minutes. Emergency number was not quickly responded to. But other than the couple hiccups, we had a great week! I would go back!

Great Stay!

Spanish Main 64 was perfect for our family. Great safe place for our 1 1/2 year old to play on the balcony without worry. Clean and the beach was lovely and clean as well. We saw 2 rocket launches from the beach so check the space launch schedule when you're there! Easy one-hour drive to Disney.
