Oceanfront FANTASTIC VIEW, large balcony, 2/2 condo

The views from this unit are nothing short of spectacular. This unit is on the third floor / WALK UP/ with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a large living and kitchen area. Included are beach chairs, beach umbrella and towels. There is plenty of parking but will need to fill out paperwork in advance for parking pass. The pass must be returned to avoid 50.00 fee
Perfect location walking distance to Grocery store and very close to restaurants, The Cocoa beach pier, famous Ron Jons and Cape Canaveral. There is a washer and dryer in this unit available for your use but no soap provided due to preferences. There is also a large coin operated laundry facility on premises for larger loads. This unit has been updated with all new stainless appliances, new tile flooring in common areas, new guest vanity and toilet, new paint 1/2024. Pool is heated.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The beach is lovely and quiet. Grocery and other conveniences are just few minutes away. Great location.

What a view!

This was a such a great value for beach front! We come to cocoa beach 3-4 times a year, and I always want to get up and watch a sunrise….but that’s just honestly not who I am as a person….. Being able to stay in my pjs made it possible! Unit was clean, we had nearly everything we needed to cook. The only thing that I would add to the kitchen would be Tupperware, and tumblers with lids to keep drinks cool on the beach. The beach chairs were not usable (as another guest stated), but A1A rentals got us hooked up for 40 with 2 chairs, an umbrella and a cart pretty quick. Master bath shower had pressure issues, but I suspect it’s just a buildup of minerals in the shower head. Deanne was quick to respond to our issues, and is working on a solution with the owner. We really enjoyed our stay, and were quite comfortable. Would definitely rebook. Community was nice and quiet, couldn’t hear any of our neighbors. Beach is a lot less crowded than near the pier! Longboards is a beach bar within walking distance from the condo at the Hilton. They sell to go beers. :)We came down for my husband’s birthday. It turned out perfect. We hung some redi shade black out blinds from Walmart that just stick on. We bought 2 and they fit perfectly in the master bedroom window.

Feels like you on the private island

It was great over all and I would like to come back again. Some small inconvenionce was a feeling of air conditioner was running a litte louder at night. But the second night the noise didn't bother us anymore. May be we got used to or it realy was not that loud.The VRBO location is showing that it is next to Hilton Hotel and it is not. The location is away from a lot of people, so it feels like you are on your own island. Just perfect.

It was a nice condo and good location with easy access to the beach. You can’t beat the view!!I would need a place with an elevator in the future. The outside of the property was not kept up well and it’s an older area. It had good access to grocery stores and restaurants.

Awesome location on the beach

I like the location. Could watch the boat races and easy access to the beach. The unit is getting old and would benefit with renovation. Overall a good stay. A little noisy at night with equipment on the roof.

Nice View, quiet spot

We booked this as a quick getaway Vacay. Booking was easy, parking was easy, and host was great. It’s a quieter spot, direct beach access from the building. Overall it was peaceful and balcony looks right onto the ocean front. Full kitchen, e also did laundry in the unit. This is a good spot with close by access to food and stores.

Cocoa Beach condo

The views from the balcony were spectacular. The condo was clean and functional. My stay was pleasant and enjoyable.The only negative was we were on a third floor with no elevator.

View was as described

Place was clean and suited our needs . Place andThe complex could use some updating , front slider would not lock. Beach chair were there for use but could use a new set as one did not look safe . Most importantly it should be noted that it is a 3rd floor walk up and the stairs are steep .

Fun and Quiet Trip to Cocoa Beach

This was a sister and auntie annual trip. We loved the property - excellent location and views. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet you will only be minutes from groceries and restaurants. Deanne was a great communicator and addressed any issues. Condo could use some updating and a floor lamp, yet it was very clean and we enjoyed it. We didn't get to see a launch because it was postponed. Kennedy Space Center is a must-do for anyone who visits!

June vacation

The room and location were great. The beach was not overcrowded. The balcony was great! It was large with plenty of seating for a family. We watched a rocket launch from our balcony! The kitchen had sufficient supplies. Washer and dryer worked fine. The building is going through some renovations but didn’t hinder anything with our trips to the beach to and from our room. The host stayed in touch and responded with every message! The lady in the managers office at the condo was also very nice and helpful!

Practically perfect oceanfront experience

Everything was great except for the communication with the host (who was not the owner). Once we accessed the condo, the missing info on parking was included in the manual. It would have been helpful to know so we could have known what to do without waiting for a response on our arrival date. We were told to checkin with the property office to give them our rental car information for parking and then we would get the checkin info. The office was closed and their phone wasn't taking messages. It took a call to VRBO to get the info from the host so we could get in. The morning of the day prior to the checkout we asked for more time before checking out, and didn’t receive information that we couldn't have a little extra time until our last evening, so it made for a hectic morning.
