The property was as advertised, great location, right on the beach, just steps from the pier. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The AC worked well, water, pressure was good. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property and would return again if I were to visit the area.

Very nice side beach view…even from master bed. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Location was perfect! Pool area was wonderful and beach access was super convenient. We’ll be back!

Check in was a breeze. Communication was very responsive and quickly solved any minor problems. The location was fantastic and beautiful. Rooftop deck was great to hang out and watch a launch. Plenty of parking. Will definitely stay here again.

Great condo, close to everything. The roof deck is such a nice place to have a sunset cocktail/wine. Great watching rockets lift off from the cape. Great communication with host!

We had an excellent stay. The check-in process was super simple. Simply went to our room and entered the code emailed to me days prior. The host was very easy to reach and even communicated issues with the pool's heater. There was also a special event where there was free ice cream, which my youngest absolutely loved.

Amazing condo - more than exceeded our needs and expectations for a family of three! Outstanding communication from the team at Happy Palm Stays. Check in was a breeze and the condo was super clean. We also enjoyed the patio in the early AM and evening with the sounds and views of the ocean. The property is centrally located to the Cocoa Beach pier and we were fortunate enough to see two Space X Falcon 9 launches. The fifth floor roof top patio is perfect for viewing these early morning liftoffs. The Kennedy Space Center is a short drive down the road. Disney was easily accessible for a day trip. We also enjoyed Cocoa Village (8.3 miles away) with their water front shops and restaurants. If you're looking for a great condo, easy beach access, fantastic activity options, and a laid back beach environment then Chateau by the Sea Unit 305 is perfect! (unless we reserve it first)

Spring Break 2023

Very nice, clean, easy access to the ocean and close to Cocoa Beach Pier. My kids also loved the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Easily come back

The place was so perfect. Location was excellent. Watched both day and night launches from Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center (so cool!!). Host was super accommodating and took care of us all the way. Would definitely come back to Cocoa Beach and stay here again.

Relaxing

We’ve been coming to the cocoa beach area for 20+ years, and always love staying at Chateau By the Sea! Everyone is awesome and the condo is always clean!

Long weekend

The property manager is very communicative. We had an easy check in. The building was wonderful, and the pool/access to the beach right by the pier was perfect. We had a wonderful time and would come back again.

Chateau by the Sea

Wonderful place to stay, clean, maintained well, great pool, clean, shuffle board, grills and picnic area to sit and enjoy the outdoor. Easy access directly on the beach. Only place to have a rooftop view of the entire beach area. We really enjoyed staying there. Would recommend to friends and family.

Great get away from the snow!

We had a great time! It is in a great location. Close to a lot of food and fun. Grocery store a few blocks away. Great access to the beach or pool. Very well stocked condo. We will be back!

Nice location near Pier. Enjoyed the ease of walking onto beach just steps away. Was able to easily walk on the beach every morning to get my exercise in. The condo had the beach chairs and umbrella available for use. We had a very tranquil beach week so we could decompress. The pool was nice. Wish it was bigger but was usable.

The only visibility we had was at an angle to the beach. It was still beautiful but, the palm trees were between the balcony and the oceanWe loved the area, beach accessibility, proximity to restaurants and grocery store. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and in a good location. Nicely furnished and comfortable. The pool was nice but my favorite place to go was the rooftop deck. I would definitely return.

The place was very clean but the looks of the furnishings in the condo were not the same as the furniture that’s actually in the condo . The Vrbo representative Zareh was very pleasant and kept in touch !

Perfect spot for a beach getaway!This place is right on the ocean and just a short walk from the pier, so it's super convenient and close to everything. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a great day on the beach.We did have to contact management because one of the gate codes had changed, but I mention it only to highlight how responsive they were. They answered right away and resolved the issue quickly.Highly recommend!

Loved every minute!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo! Clean, spacious, every amenity we needed and more! Location was perfect - a few steps to the beach, the pier, a few shops and restaurants as well. If you couldn't walk where you wanted to go, it was a super quick drive. The hosts were incredible with excellent communication! Would 12/10 recommend staying here!!
