This was a great place to stay. Our unit was charming, clean and easy to get to. The ocean was a few steps away and overall the property was spacious. We Will definitely stay there again any time we are in the area.

Wonderful weekend

This is a very quaint and lovely place right on the beach. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The room and all the pool/outside areas were immaculately clean. It is our new go to when in the Cocoa Beach area.

Check in was pleasant and quick. They have boogie boards, surf boards, and beach chairs for you to use during your stay. They deck area overlooking the beach is beautiful. And by luck we were able to watch sea turtle hatchlings make their way into the ocean.

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights in 02/‘25 We wanted a place with private beach access, kitchen, & excellent reviews. The Surf Studio Beach Resort met expectations. This is a family run business built in The 3 employees that we interacted with were friendly, helpful and kind. We were looking to escape the northeast winter, and enjoy a quiet, relaxing week on the beach with no agenda. This is exactly what we got. The beach was beautiful, the room (#8) was spacious and more like a tiny apartment. It would be tight, but I believe you could sleep 8 people since there were 2 queen beds and 2 pull out couches. It was clean, which was a priority for us! The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen met our needs to sometimes make our own meals. Publix grocery store was nearby. There were 2 TV’s. The grounds and pool (85 degrees) were lovely and well-maintained. We spent most of our time on beach and deck area reading and watching pelicans dive. We also got to watch 2 Cape Canaveral launches from the beach. There were several sand chairs left by previous guests that we were able to use and lots of seating and lounge chairs in the deck area. We had a WONDERFUL time and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend. I took off one star for property condition and facilities only because the bathroom had no electrical outlet. One thing to note: the shower was tight. We are small,5’3” under 150 lbs., so it was ok for us. Larger people might struggle.

Didn’t expect to get the room right behind the office, but it was great. Never an issue, plus our window faced the ocean so we had amazing views of afternoon thunderstorms while we played perquacky. Fantastic instate weekend getaway.

One of the last great remaining motels in Florida.
