"The staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in to the time we checked out. The night clerk printed an email for me upon my request, even though there was a business center really available. When we were leaving, my daughter snagged her stuffy on the elevator door and ripped it. The front desk staff gave me a sewing kit right away and helped me to repair it. We will definitely stay there again!"
