Welcome to River's View! This one bedroom, one and a half bathroom apartment is just a short drive from historic downtown Cody. This home features a back deck with great views of the Shoshone River and Heart Mountain. River's View offers all the comforts of home to enjoy on your vacation!

Walking in to River's View, you'll feel instantly welcomed by the woodland décor and comfortable furnishings. The open kitchen, dining, and living space which makes it easy for you and you guests to converse while relaxing or cooking dinner. The kitchen is well-appointed to make meal preparation a breeze. Full size appliances and all the kitchen amenities you would need. A cozy dining room to gather around with your morning cup of coffee. Kick back in the spacious living room with comfortable furniture and TV with cable channels and a DVD player. There is an electric fireplace for cool evenings and a portable air conditioning unit for warmer evenings.

The living space has a queen sofa sleeper that will comfortably sleep two guests. Off the main living area, there is a half bathroom with grab bar near the toilet. A spacious bedroom past the living room has a queen bed and ample storage space for your travel wardrobe. Sliding glass doors open to the bedroom balcony where you can sit and enjoy the views of the Shoshone River.

Nice location, around 60 miles to east entrance, very clean, had a problem with the furnace and it was fixed within a couple of hours, close to downtown Cody, beautiful view off back deck. We had a very enjoyable stay.

It was just like we saw in the pictures! We enjoyed it being a place my husband could fish, and we could drive into Yellowstone and know we were coming back to a comfortable place and rest, at the end of the day!

Property was well kept, appears to have been an in-law suite at one point. Owners live on propery as well, but we didnt have any interaction with them. The deck off the bedroom provides a great view, perfect place to relax after a day of traveling.

Great 74th Birthday vacation

This is a great place to stay, with a fantastic view of the Shosone River. Well stocjed with everything you could possibly need. Bed was very comfortable. Very nice area, very close to the beautiful town of Cody. We even saw mule deer down the block on a early adventure to Yellowstone. We will definitely stay here again!

Riverside cottage

Overlooking the Shoshone River is an excellent place to stay. Well- furnished, very clean and close to town The extra half-bath was a real plus. But my favorite part was sitting on the porch watching the river. Even had a quick visit from a very shy deer! Loved our stay!

Like coming home at the end of the day.

Our 1st Vrbo stay and would HIGHLY recommend this property. We explored the surrounding area and this made for a great central location. Quite neighborhood, off street parking, comfortable accommodations and beautiful views from the rear porch overlooking the Shoshone River. Having a place to come "home" to at the end of the day made for a wonderful stay in Cody!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, yet close to the attractions like the Irma hotel. We loved our view of the Shoshone River from the back deck area and spent a great deal of our time there watching people boating down the river and spotting wildlife. One morning there were three deer just outside the fence in front of the deck. One evening we watched deer down by the river. We happened to be staying during the stampede and Independence Day. The park and trail just down the street were prime fireworks viewing spots.

Comfortable and close to fun

The rental home is very comfortable! It has three main areas: a kitchen with everything you need to make meals. A TV room with plenty of seating and a pull out bed. And a cozy bedroom that has a balcony overlooking a river. My husband and i felt lucky to be there and to have so many options within walking or a driving distance of a few minutes, to go to museums, landmarks, and grocers. The hosts have done their very best to anticipate the needs of their renters. You can sense how much they care. I would stay here again without a second thought.

First visit to Cody

This is a nice place to stay with a good view of the river. It is not far from town and everything that Cody has to offer. The only issue we had using our GPS was finding our way to the property. Plenty of kitchen utensils. There were a couple of small coolers that we utilized on a day trip to Yellowstone. Management was very friendly, responsive, and easy to work with.
