"The rooms and the pool need a really really good deep cleaning. The walls were filthy, holes weren't filled in, along the walls was really dusty and hairy, like the vacuum didn't reach the wall. The pool had gobs of hair all over the floor and under the chairs. The staff were nice, no problems there. "

"The room was just ordinary, nothing special ...the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a big hit with everyone especially the kids I saw.....the free breakfast included 2 waffle makers, scrambled eggs, sausage...HOWEVER, for some reason, the eggs and potatoes and sausage ran out at 9:15am (the free buffet is open until 10am)....many people kept arriving after 9:15am, but no new eggs nor potatoes nor sausage were ever brought out...everyone was disappointed"

"Upon arrival was unable to check or communicate with the location management. Still have not received a response three days after trying to check in. Had to seek other accommodations and are still waiting for a refund after several attempts to contact have gone unanswered. Do not recommend. "
