As a family of 4 we stayed in one of the apartments at the back of the hotel. It was fine! A bit dated in terms of the furniture / bathroom - but that was balanced out by a good price and easy walking distance into central cognac.

The property was clean but needed better access - several sets of stairs carrying luggage is not fun. Need better quality pillows. A/C clanged & banged all night. Shower was super tiny, you could barely turn around in it.
