Nice spacious Flat with seaport view and very good Thai restaurant just walking distance from Flat . Well equiped flat in nice quite area . Also closed car park which is reasuring .

The location is excellent. You are literally on a dock, on the water. In that respect, you couldn’t ask for more. There were however shortcomings in the actual condo. There was a kitchen, but it lacked quite a bit. No cutting board, no cutting knives, no wine bottle opener, no spatula, etc. Just simple things you would expect to see. A big draw of this property for me was the ability to cook my own meals, it was doable, but very bachelor style. Cutting potatoes and carrots with a butter knife in a glass oven dish was a nightly activity. Paying for parking when each residence already includes parking made the stay more expensive and complicated for no reason. This may be a measure for busy season, but I can’t see how. Overall good, but with some slight tweaks I’m sure it will be much better!

The apartment itself was fine; however, it was difficult to find. The check-in instructions were unclear, and the check-in process was very long and complicated. The host was unhelpful.

Spartan with a hidden cost

Had to pay double the rate as a deposit on top of the price after already paying for the room- a hidden cost. Do not be fooled by the photos- our view was of a very large Marina building- our sunlight was reflected off it.The place is a maze of appartments with no sense in the numbering, this adds anxiety when you arrive. Place smelt musty to begin with, is spartan, soulless and of brutal, builders grade materials. Instructions to leave the place clean were sent 4 times-completely unnecessary. However the area is really good and the chap who manages it was v helpful. The appartment did the job we wanted it to- a base for the St Tropez marathon. Am sure there are better places to stay in the area. You get the impression that this is one of many appartements owned by the outfit , and that they do not trust their guests one iota.

Appartement sympa mais communication à revoir

Appartement spacieux avec terrasse agréable. Le problème a été la serrure qui a joué des tours car la clé ne rentrait pas bien. Le propriétaire a eu la bonne idée de venir à 1h30 du matin pour réparer sans prévenir et sans frapper à la porte. Forcément ça fait du bruit, ça réveille et c'est stressant.
