The living and dining area forms the heart of the home, featuring a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, which provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for additional guests. This space also benefits from a flat screen television and air conditioning, creating a welcoming environment for relaxation. The property includes 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a restful and elegant sleeping space. The open kitchen is fully equipped and flows naturally from the living area, making the layout feel spacious and connected. The property features 1 bathroom configured as a shower room with WC.
