The villa is in the private, secure Indigo Bay community, just minutes from restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, and beaches. Indigo Bay Beach has a great restaurant, umbrellas, and chairs for your comfort.

Communication:

We will contact you through the messaging platform you used to make the reservation. We can also create a group chat to share recommendations, useful information, available services, and help you organize your stay more smoothly.

Additional Guests & Extra Charges:

The villa accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. However, we can host up to 8 guests upon request. For each additional guest beyond 6, a nightly surcharge of $50 applies. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare the extra bed (a sofa bed for two).

If you need a baby crib during your stay, please let us know in advance. This service is available upon request for an additional fee of $40 per stay, and we will gladly have it ready for your arrival.

Towel Policy

Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup, self-tanner, or any other staining products. These items permanently damage the fabric and are difficult to clean.

We provide makeup remover towels in every bathroom for your convenience. Please use them accordingly.

Damaged towels will be subject to replacement charges, as stated in our house rules. Thank you for helping us maintain the quality of the villa for all our guests.

Security Deposit:

A $500 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card 1 day before arrival. This is not a charge. The hold will be automatically released within 3 days after check-out if no damage is reported.
