"Juan and Ana made us feel so welcome to their tropical oasis in the jungle. Now if you are looking for a place with A/C and giant TVs this is not for you. If you want to sleep immersed in the sounds of jungle, with a steam running along the property, this is the place! We have traveled the whole of Costa Rica now; this is our favorite place so far! "The 24/7 front counter is a great feature, the pool is nice, the suite upstairs had all we needed in the kitchen, and hot water with good pressure in the shower. The fridge came in handy for leftovers from our favorite restaurant just a few minutes up the street. We met friendly travelers and had a fantastic visit."

"The place is absolutely lovely, right next to a beautiful river and surrounded by forest. In general it’s quiet, yet the music from the bar was a bit high at times. Breakfast was very basic. The cabin was very nice, generally comfortable but lacking cabinets to store our clothes. The cabin also was not super clean. I would certainly consider staying there again, but I think the price we paid was too high for the quality of the products, services and amenities received. "
