Wir konnten aufgrund der 'Coronanrise" das Hotel nicht nutzen, mussten stornieren. Enttäuschend war das man kein Geld zurück bekam,100% wurden einbehalten. Es gab bezüglich "Corona " keine Ausnahme. Wir werden kein Hotel mehr buchen ,das so reagiert. Stornogebühr bezahlen wäre in Ordnung gewesen, aber alles einbehalten, das ist eine Frechheit.

Schönes Wochenende in Köln

Nähe zum Bahnhof, Dom, Zentrum, wie versprochen. Unterkunft ist einfach, aber sauber und für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und immer bereit, bei Problemen zu helfen, Besonderes Lob verdient das angebotene Frühstück.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer könnten bzw. sollten einfach sauberer sein und machen auf den Bildern einen besseren Eindruck - auch von der Ausstattung her - als sie es tatsächlich sind. In die Ecken und genauer hinsehen darf man nicht. Das Frühstücksangebot ist übersichtlich aber ausreichend. Kaffee und Brötchen waren sehr lecker. Hervorzuheben und absolut lobenswert ist der äußerst freundliche Service, der sich in meinem Fall wegen bestimmter Mängel sehr professionell und entgegenkommend zeigte. Vielen Dank dafür. Trotz 1A Service kann ich das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Dafür waren mir persönlich die Mängel hinsichtlich Sauberkeit und Hygiene zu groß. Hier besteht in jedem Fall Nachbesserungsbedarf und mehr Achtsamkeit von Seiten des Reinigungspersonals.

Die lage ist wirklich klasse. Das zimmer allerdings naja... die Suite hatte nichts mit der auf den bildern zu tun. Keine Annehmlichkeiten aber immerhin ein schönes bett und eine gemütliche couch. Die Sauberkeit war in ordnung und das personal nett auch wenn der man an der Rezeption den Eindruck erweckt hat sich nicht wirklich auszukennen war er dennoch ganz freundlich.

An der Wand unter den Fenstern war Schimmel, der Klodeckel war so falsch angebracht, dass man halb auf der Toilette unterm Sitz sitzen musste, der Duschkopf war defekt, das Wasser kam unten raus.

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer zur Straßenseite! Alles neu und vom Verkehr bekommt man nichts mit!Alles war sauber und der Herr an der Rezeption war auch sehr freundlich! Ich kann manche Bewertungen hier nicht verstehen!
