Hotel rooms are nice, modern and clean. Breakfast is nice and reception desk is kind. However, it is in a remote area of Cologne and if you do not have a car, you will have serious problems about transportation. There is no restaurants nearby.. secondly the wifi did not function properly throughout my stay..

Clean, comfortable room, friendly stuff, but they mean nothing, if you cannot sleep because of a wedding celebration in the same Courtyard. Event location sticked to the same Building. Full of people around and in the hotel until 1.30 am. No free parking space because of hundreds of guest cars. It was a bad surprise and hard to believe.

major disruptive noise issue at hotel

the hotel rooms were acceptable but most rooms windows faced out into a horse shoe shaped courtyard which was the entry point for a large events hall within the hotel complex. During my stay of 4 nights there were events on there every night lasting to the early hours of the morning with a great deal of noise making it impossible to sleep. people were also drinking and making noise in this courtyard as well as noise when departing with bibbing vehicle horns. In summary a terrible location for a hotel. I have submitted a sepearte email claim to hotel copied to hotels.com. It is the hotels responsibility to inform guests by way of hotels.com or directly if necessary of these potential issues at time of booking. I recieved no such advice.

Es ist ziemlich abgelegen aber es gibt Straßenbahnen die von A nach B bringen… die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet… an und für sich war es auf den ersten Blick sauber aber in den Ecken befanden sich Spinnengewebe und vereinzelt Krümel auf dem Teppich und auf dem Bettlaken war ein Fleck… die Betten sind etwas hart… im Badezimmer Mülleimer war noch Müll drinnen (Damenbinde) was schon eklig war… Großer Pluspunkt geht an den Lieferservice der ins Hotelzimmer lieferte… übers Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen da wir keins mit geordert haben… für 105€ ohne Frühstück schon etwas teuer für eine Nacht…

Preis/Leistung während einer Messe überragend. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Zimmer waren sonst OK. Das Personal war sehr nett und höflich. Weniger schön war, dass direkt in der Umgebung am Abend laut Musik gespielt wurde.

Meget fint hotel.

Udefra ligner hotellet ikke noget særligt, men man bliver snydt. Servicen er super fin, meget flink herre. Der er elevator, aircondition, fancy teknologisk lysstyring, store værelser og lækkert badeværelse. Alt var rent og pænt. Vi var meget glade for opholdet. Det ligger godt nok i udkanten og midt i et industriområde, men der er gratis parkering til hotellet.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön,man fühlte sich wohl und sicher.Es fehlte an nichts. Außerdem sehr ruhig und Blick auf die Natur Man könnte noch beim check in ,darauf hinweisen, das das Licht erst an geht ,wenn man die Karte einsteckt.Ansonsten hat man nichts zu beanstanden.

Leider war dieses mal jeden Tag eine andere Veranstaltung in der Eventlocation Platin die sich im selben Gebäude befindet. In insgesamt drei Nächten habe ich 4-5 Std. schlafen können.

Der Check Inn war sehr nett. Nachdem wir ins Zimmer kamen mußten wir feststellen das die Ordnung und Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig lässt. Das Bett war einseitig lieblos gestaltet und der Staubsauger muß wohl in der reperatur sein. Haare in der Dusche sowie im gesprungenen Wachbecken onhne verschluß. Das Waschbecken war auch nicht wirklich von außen gereinigt. Haare und Fusseln auf dem Teppich waren nicht zu übersehen obwohl die Vorhänge zugezogen waren. Wer eine Stauballergie hat sollte sich vielleicht anderweitig umsehen. Zwar wurde nach reklamation sofort jemand mitgeschickt und so wurde ein Handtuch benutzt den groben schmutz am Waschbecken und im Zimmer zu beseitigen. Das Frühstück war sehr ausreichend und lecker was die Beurteilung etwas positiv klingen lässt. Vielleicht sollte öfters mal Kontrolliert werden weil Freunde die zur gleichen Zeit dort waren über das selbe geklagt haben.
