We stayed here for two nights. The staff was freindly and helpful. The location was good, walkbale distance to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Sound proofing not the best as we could here other guests i nthe hallway.

The staff at the rec option desk was very welcoming and friendly. The room was an ok size for a single occupancy. Typical twinbed style as it is common in Europe. Clean room. Comfortable mattress (I prefer the harder mattresses), and shower and sink water pressure were perfect. It is also only a 10-minute walk to Koelnmesse or one subway stop.

It is an excellent hotel for those going to a show at Lanxess Arena for short stays: next to the arena, with a bar next door serving good sandwiches. Other than that, it is an old, well-maintained hotel.

Best choice for Lanxess!

We highly recommend this hotel for any stay in Cologne, but especially for events at Lanxess Arena. It is just across the street, walking distance to main train station m, and many places to eat/drink within 1-2 blocks. Staff were efficient and super friendly. Rooms were very clean with enough room to move around and store our luggage. We look forward to staying here again!

Da wir auf einer Veranstaltung in der lanxess arena ware, war die lage des hotels super. Auf die andere strassenseite und schon ist man da. Was mir noch gut gefallen hat war , dass das hotel 24 Stunden besetzt ist.
