"The location is perfect and close to the main attractions. It is a lovely apartment with all the amenities necessary. The only thing that has been a bit annoying is that on Expedia it's clearly stated that the cleaning fees are not mandatory if you clean the apartment yourself but in reality they are mandary fees! "

The kitchen had all the necessities. Complimentary coffee, tea and prosecco! communication was easy. The owner was very flexible and helpful. Good instructions left in the room. "We chose this property as a place to unwind between the busy areas of Lake Como and Florence and it worked out perfectly. The home is beautiful, clean, and modern with air conditioning in every room, which was perfect given the heat in Bologna that week. We did laundry, made our own Italian meal, and enjoyed the pool before heading off to the second half of our trip. The hosts, Pamela and Gabrielle, were both very good at communicating and made the stay easy for us. We were also surprised how beautiful Bologna is. It’s definitely worth a side trip there to see the culture and history of a beautiful Italian city without all the tourists. If you’re moving around the country and need a nice place to stay to relax away from the tourists, this is a great option. We highly recommend. "
