"This hotel was horrible. There were no staff at the time of check in due to there computers were down. So we had to find another place to stay. Also the facility was unpleasant all kinds of unruly traffic and people were standing outside of the hotel (Motel). Some customers couldn't even access there rooms due to elevators were out of service. This was the worst experience I ever encountered. Never again and it made my travel upsetting. We were there for a funeral. "

"Adequate for a night before an early flight but shuttle only operates once an hour at the top of the hour. Nothing fancy but room was clean and comfortable. "

"Rooms were very dirty. Hairs all over the place. Toenails on the carpet. Dead bugs off to the side of carpet. Dirty microwave. They have a wasp problem as well. "

"The pictures are old or from another location. If I can upload pictures I will. DO NOT stay in this bed bug, roach infested, prostitution, motel . This the worst choice say I’ve been in. My family and I complain and they lied and said we didn’t and told us things about what’s going on with the proper and act like they didn’t. Mold, stain dirty tubs, elevators getting stuck, keys not working, smells like smoke, dirty, no smoke detectors. Be careful"

"So nice to have a hotel as part of the hospital. We travel several states away for my son’s medical care at Ochsner. The room was very clean and comfortable, pool and spa are well maintained. Lots of amenities. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. "
