We stay here often and look forward to staying here everytime. The room is comfortable and always clean. The staff are all nice and welcoming. This visit the Assistant GM Jaysan went above and beyond and made sure that we were taken care of.

This was my first time staying at a Tru hotel by Hilton.The parking is not the best. When I arrived there were some oversized vehicles taking up parking spaces. I entered the building and waited for about 3-5 minutes before the night worker greeted me. She was multitasking. She was friendly and professional. I entered the room. There was no hot water to shower. The bed was not as firm as it looked. When I sat on it, I sank. The air from the AC smelled old like the air filter needed changing. In the morning around 8:00 AM the water to shower was fine. Checking out was fine. The staff-male was friendly. I would not stay here again.

Everything was clean, staff was friendly. The breakfast needed a little more effort. Coffee was extremely weak and the automated pancake maker was not working correctly. I paid for a late check out for 2:00, I had housekeeping knock on my door twice while I was resting with the sign on my door knob. I thought they may should have been informed of a late stay!?
