The hot tub was good, it wasn’t the cleanest but I planned on taking a shower to clean off regardless so it didn’t both me. The staff were super friendly and the location was convenient. Only thing to be mindful of is the sound in the building travels. We were woken up throughout the night to other guests going in and out of their rooms.

Check in was okay. The clerk was not very courteous. The room was clean. The shower curtains was really old and had alot of tears. The pullout couch did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows. I received a blankets and sheets from front desk for the pull-out couch. When I asked about a pillow I was told no. They advised me to use the ones on the bed for the couch. Cleanliness was great. Personability and customer service was not good. Overall the building may want to invest in new supplies.

Front entrance was a little dark - at first wasn't sure if the lobby was open or not. Would have been nice if there was a safe in the room in order to store valuables. Breakfast was very good. Staff was attentive and pleasant and kept the food and seating areas clean and well stocked. Good selection of different coffee products and beverages including bottled water.
