The property was generally filthy - caked dirt in stairwells and hallways, etc. The elevator was out of service and apparently this has been the case since May at least. The room was clean in the places easily seen and filthy beyond that - under the bed, behind the laps, in the corners. The phone didn't work in the room. The AC control panel didn't work so you couldn't set the temperature, and when it ran there was a weird smell. It is advertised as having a stocked kitchen, but when we arrived there was a little sign saying we would have to ask for the dishes etc from the front desk. When we did, we were given 1 fork ("because they ran out of forks"), two spoons and three knives (to make up for the missing fork, presumably). The microwave was tiny and one of the dinner plates didn't fit inside. All that being said - the staff were pleasant, the beds were comfortable, and the shower mostly worked (although the bathtub didn't drain properly).

Room looks clean, but there're crumbs/dirt under the couch and under the night stand. Staff are not always available in the front desk, can't call them either. Kitchen is clean, you have to ask front desk if you need items like pots and pans, and extra bathroom tissues Air conditioning was making loud sounds Water in the bathtub going down slow. Some staff I met were nice people, and very helpful.

Old and outdated. I mean it was clean but I was a little worried the sink in the bathroom was gunna fall off the wall. It was good enough for one night. Check in was smooth and the guy that checked us in was super nice!

The outside was very appealing. The inside was not so great. I stayed in the double bed with pull out couch room. Everything was super outdated. We had a kitchenette with no utensils, no plates, paper towels etc. we booked the room for 5 people and we had 3 towels in the room. When we called for more, they told us we would have to come get them. The pull out bed did not have sheets, blankets or pillows. The regular beds were ridiculously hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean. There was someone in the room above us and i don’t know what they were doing but we could hear them walking and thudding all night even they have a “quiet time” from 10pm to 8am. I am not impressed and will not stay here again.

Unacceptable and unsanitary—do not stay here. Our room smelled strongly like wet carpet and mildew, and the pullout-bed linens were covered in large brown stains. We checked in around midnight after a 24-hour drive and discovered hair and debris on the towels, a visibly dirty bathtub, damaged furniture, and a filthy, badly worn pullout bed. The pullout was an essential sleeping surface for our group, yet it was not fit for anyone to use. When we reported these conditions, the staff responded casually, as though this were a regular occurrence. We were actually told to simply put another sheet over the stained bedding. The hotel was supposedly sold out, so no replacement room was offered, and we had to contact Expedia ourselves while exhausted in the middle of the night. This was far beyond ordinary wear or an outdated room. Basic cleanliness, sanitation, and room inspection were clearly lacking. No guest should check into a room in this condition.
