We loved the holiday in in Columbus Mississippi. It was absolutely great 100% great the women at the front desk and everyone all the other staff members also win the breakfast area were fantastic. You could’ve had a nicer bunch of women that ask about us every morning how we were. was absolutely great. We will be coming back down to Columbus, Mississippi and we will be staying at your Holiday Inn. Thank you so much for being a kind. Breakfast was fantastic. Again thank you.

The staff was friendly and amazing, but the rooms were so fragrant. The def have a humidity issue …Our bed was damp under the covers and when I put my slippers on the next morning, they were damp also. I basically slept on towels from the bathroom.

DEFINITELY NOT AN EXCELLENT 8.6 RATING!! Very surprised by the cleanliness and quality of this location. While the staff were friendly, the room was dirty and neglected. The toilet was dirty, like someone got sick and they only cleaned the top of the seat. No soap in the shower dispenser or for the sink. The covers on the bedside lamps over the night stand were really dusty and has rust spots on it. The room temperature was set to 51 and still smelled stale. We stay here because it is close to Starkville and more affordable but I will never stay here again, regardless of the price difference.

Staff was very kind and accommodating, but the room we booked was supposed to be a 2 bed with a pullout couch to sleep 5. Opened the door to find only 1 bed. It was late and the front desk staff said there were no other rooms available, so she went and searched for a cot but they only had 1, so we just made it work. The blackout shade was broken so it was bright in the morning and woke all the kids up. Went to use the shower and found the holder was broken and they had zip stripped it up, but it wouldn’t hold to actually shower, so we just had to try and hold it to shower.

Mississippi stay….

Staff was excellent! Breakfast was good! Hotel was clean and had a clean smell! Only problem was the air conditioning in the room was cold but the moisture was heavy! Spoke with front desk and they sent a technician to fix it! Same issue after the technician came! Other than that the stay really good! Loved the area!
