"Room was very nice. Seemed very clean. Staff was very nice as well. Did not like the resort fee of nearly $42. Not sure why its considered a resort. Thought room was over priced for not having breakfast included or a 24 hr coffee station. Room did not have any type of sitting/lounge chair except for a desk chair. No luggage caddy to prop up your luggage. 1 of the 2 hotel elevators was not working. When I pay a premium price for a premium room I expect certain amenities. Although I was very happy with the room itself I most likely won't be staying here again because it wasnt worth the attached price. I booked with a third party company which was slightly cheaper than booking direct."

"We've been coming to Columbus a few times a year for the last 6 years and this was my first stay the Hilton. Wish I stayed here sooner! Great hotel. Very clean, super comfortable bed, loved the market & restaurants in the hotel, and enjoyed being able to work out without leaving the property."

"Room was nice and clean . Temp in room Was good . Bed was comfortable , was somewhat quiet . Floor above was making loud noises , airplanes flying over was loud . Pool was small but nice , gym was musty smelling but decent food wise was more on the lines of continental breakfast rather than a buffet , eggs were cold oj had no flavor to it . Most staff were super nice . Check in was quick check out was quick . Was a tad bit disappointed with booking far in advance an getting a darn good price they declined from offering me even one point reward with thr comment stated because I receive such a good deal on room price we can’t honor any point system for u for future stays with choice hotels . But I will say full price is def not worth it for that place . I don’t think I would choose to be a return guest there mainly cause I’m not a fan of planes flying over , which was my fault in booking. I think I spent more of my time worrying safety than resting . But on thr other note it seemed like a safe location . Very convenient to many destinations around there . All an all I would say a good rating . Was surprised though for how big it was there was only one elevator running an it was really slow ."

"I hate booking through Expedia because it’s always an issue. Hotel was nice overall. But I reserved for a double bed only to get there and be told they didn’t have any double bed rooms available . It was after midnight, so I did t have much of a choice left. Hotel staff did accommodate my daughter with a roll away bed that was clean and comfy so it worked out. Room was clean , breakfast was good. I would stay here again"
