"After traveling all day, I was told there wasn't any rooms available when I arrived. So I had to wait around for at least an hour until they finally got one for me, which by the way wasn't the room I booked but I was so tired and desperate I took it anyway. Unacceptable when I planned and paid for a room. The staff wasn't helpful and didn't offer any sort of compensation either. Also, there was no hand soap in my room, which was odd and annoying. Not the worst experience, but certainly not good...
