There is one parking spot off street in the rear of the property reserved for each unit, and there is plenty of free on street parking in front. It is easy to get around by car, Uber/Lyft and scooter services
No Smoking or parties. A violation of either is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation with no refund. This is an apartment building. No loud noise, and quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. If there is more one complaint for noise from any neighbors your reservation will be immediately terminated and you agree no refund will be available.
