The space
This home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a cozy open living room, and a private fenced yard and patio.

Each bedroom offers new furniture and comfortable mattresses. The living room, master bedroom, and downstairs guest room offers smart Roku HDTV or a Fire Stick to stream your favorite apps. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, a countertop toaster oven, plenty of counter space, pots/pans, cooking utensils, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine. The back door opens up to a private patio and fenced-in yard.

There is also a brand new washer/dryer for use during your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked closet in the upstairs hallway and a locked closet in the basement.

The front door has an electronic keypad for contactless and easy entry. A personal code will be provided prior to check-in.

There is a parking spot available for guest use directly behind the unit. Additional street parking available via the Columbus Park app.
Other things to note
Basic cable TV, and all TVs at the home are smart Roku HDTVs or have Fire Sticks, which will allow for streaming your favorite apps.
