Front desk staff were completely friendly but overall the condition of the property was rundown and the situation seemed a little sketchy. Bathroom was clean but there were tiles missing from the walls and a a bug was running around on the toilet. Fridge was totally frosted over. Bed was fine and linens were clean. Seems like they have had numerous issues with guests in the past because I had to sign a guarantee of behavior when I checked in which mentioned their right to call in the police if I didn't meet expectations. (!)9 So... didn't feel that awesome staying there and definitely below expectations for the money spent (almost $200/night).

It's in need of remodeling and cleaning. The outer doors don't lock. The bathroom smelled funny. At least the mattress was comfortable. It wasn't a good value.

Clean, Comfortable, Safe

The stay was absolutely amazing. 5 stars, my wife and I enjoyed a comfortable clean room. Plenty of parking, near our destinations we needed to travel to. Late at night while smoking, felt safe. Breakfast is also included in the morning and access to ice and a gym. I would recommend this place

Friendly staff, far below average room

Staff was friendly. That was the only real positive. Cleanliness and maintenance were an issue. Towels were worn and stained, the bed was so worn out when you sit down you can feel the strings in the mattress. Also, the air conditioning did not blow enough cool air to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.

Staff did their best, but the sink in bathroom could not empty water, the shower sprayed all over the place, the hallway carpets were stained dirty, the noisy refrigerator kept me awake during the night. Some of the furniture was decrepit; the back parking lot was dark and desperately needs lighting to discourage would be theives, etc. A bad experience, but I trust for the immigrant people who seem to be running the place that attention can be given to bring this facility to a higher rating. It certainly has a great location.

In a pinch. It’s ok. I would not recommend someone to stay there otherwise. The floors were not clean, walls were dirty, tub had mold. The positive. The bedding was clean and the tv actually worked.
