With stunning views across the Axe Valley, explore the 150 acres of fields and woodland that surrounds this grade II listed barn.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom: Four Poster Double (4ft 6in) Bed, TV Ensuite: Jacuzzi Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Biomass underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Logs for wood burner available on-site, at cost (October-November). Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Enclosed, decked patio with sitting-out area and furniture. 150-acre grounds with sitting-out area and furniture (shared). Children’s play area (shared). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 12 steps in the garden. There is an unfenced stream in the grounds. This property has a security deposit of £100.. Welcome to Brandy’s, a semi-detached single-storey Grade II listed barn, one of four holiday properties nearby that are set on a sheep farm with views across Axe Valley. It has also been awarded 4 stars by Visit Britain.

Stepping inside, The living room features a cosy ambience with a wood burner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxation and enjoying the comforting crackle of the fire. The open-plan kitchen and dining room is thoughtfully designed and well-equipped, offering a seamless space for culinary endeavours. The bedroom boasts an elegant ambience, featuring a four-poster double bed and an en-suite bathroom providing a haven of relaxation, equipped with a jacuzzi bath allowing you to unwind and indulge in a soothing soak. The heating comes from a wood biomass boiler, and the electricity is via a 50kw solar panel array. Outside, enjoy your own enclosed decking area where you can sit and enjoy the countryside views over your morning coffee or a glass of your favourite tipple after a day’s exploration. Enjoy 150 acres of fields and woodland, alongside a play area, nature walks, and picnic sites or simply sit back and watch the farm animals.

Seaton and its surrounding area offer a plethora of attractions and activities to explore. Visit the stunning Seaton Beach, where you can take leisurely walks along the shore or even try your hand at various water sports. A perfect setting for a relaxing break

When we arrived At Whitwell Farm and the owner very kindly showed us around the cottage. He left tea, coffee, sweets and biscuits for us. The cottage was perfect and comfortable. The views over the farmland were beautiful. We had all the amenities there that we would have wanted. The cottage was warm, clean and cosy. Highly recommend this holiday let.
