"Door lock didnt work…constantly going to office for keys that didnt work. Had to get maintance man to unscrew the window for me to access my room. Friend tried to pay for the day and was told the room had been already paid for next 2 days…which was incorrect and due to checking out late…$50 deposit wasnt refunded. One washer and dryer onsite that didnt work. No refrigerator in room. Someone had to constantly be in the room to be able to access room. Daytime front desk lady is very rude and unprofessional. I wont subject myself to this dive again and endure the rudeness and disrespect for any price."
