Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)

Would definitely visit again !! Clean room and very attentive staff !

My husband, son and I spent the night prior to our cruise the next day. Property was clean and located very conveniently to restaurants. Staff were friendly and assisted us with finding transportation to cruise port.

The staff is GREAT. Especially the pool staff. This has officially become my go-to hotel anytime I stay in San Juan. Great location, great facilities, everything was great!

People at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The property itself is great with great location. Amazing atmosphere and spacious and the rooms are nice. The staff at the restaurant was not smiling and not really friendly. The only person who was nice and accommodating was the manager. The rest of the servers were just food delivers.

Loved it! They make sure you have a 5-star vacation!!

Rosalina Ocean Park is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The pools are pristine blue, the property is immaculately kept and the entire staff is so kind and helpful. And you can shop, grab coffee, eat, and hit the beach within a 5-10 minute walk. I highly recommend Rosalina Ocean Park!!

Really beautiful resort & it’s very close to the airport

Everything was clean comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was great! Especially the coffee! And to our surprise we received a $50 credit daily at the bar. This was wonderful. The beach was a short walk but the pool was nice too. Great time in PR at the residence inn isle verde!

The staff members at this location were wonderful! Front desk, pool / beach security, pool attendants, our floor attendant Jessica all were so very kind and helpful with everything on our 4 day stay. The hotel is located right on the beach, next to many delicious restaurants and so close to the airport and Old San Juan. Beautiful beach and pool. We stayed in an Ocean View room and the views were spectacular. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The hotel was nice with an amazing Bay view and pool lounge area. The front desk staff were nice and friendly especially Chris. He had great customer service and very down to earth. The junior suite is a nice size with an amazing view of the bay if you’re on the back side of the hotel. The balcony is also a nice size. There’s a small sofa but no chair(s). The floors could’ve been cleaner and doors needed to be wiped of smudged hand prints. Easy walking access to stores, shops and restaurants up...

The Doubletree was a great hotel. The 24 hour market across the street, nearby beach and multiple restaurants on the area were all a plus. There’s an on-site restaurant that I didn’t try but seemed to have a constant flow of customers throughout my stay so I’ll assume it’s good lol. They also offered a ride to the beach which included free beach chairs and umbrella.
