The House:
The main floor includes a spacious living area, including a 75" Smart TV for all your streaming Apps, with ample space for everyone to enjoy comfortably. From the living area, walk into the fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances, including double dishwashers and dining set with complimentary coffee. Available at the sink is water from a Reverse Osmosis system, providing high quality drinking water. Adjacent to the kitchen is a Butler’s Pantry for ample food storage including a second refrigerator, microwave, and other minor appliances. The master bedroom is on the main floor featuring a king bed, direct hot tub/patio access and bathroom en-suite with a double vanity, spacious shower featuring both a rain shower and standard shower head, and free standing bathtub. On the main floor you can also find a second bedroom with private access and an en-suite bathroom featuring a large shower with a double shower head. The ground floor has a full laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers in a large mud room with ample storage for guests. Additionally, there is a community full bathroom on the first floor adjacent to the hot tub patio area allowing guests to step out of the hot tub and straight into a hot shower.

The second floor boasts 4 additional bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, and all featuring king beds. The Bunk Room has 4 triple bunks totaling 12 twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, memory foam mattresses, and plush linens to ensure a good night's rest. The Media Room has a 75” Smart TV, Poker/Bumper Pool and a variety of board games. The upstairs Balcony is partially covered and offers sweeping views of the Hill Country.

Outside, the fun continues with a hot tub, table tennis, dining table for 10 guests, Stainless Steel 6-Burner Gas Grill and patio furniture surrounding. The Backyard features 200 square feet of artificial turf with Cornhole, Giant Jenga, Kuub, poufs, soccer goals. Down the hill via a stone staircase is a cozy fire pit, perfect for creating fun memories under a stunning canopy of stars.

Firewood is provided for added convenience.
