"Only ok. Expensive. But condition of room wasn't great. No outdoor facing window. So dark and tight. I kept waiting for a staff member to open the hotel door for me during check in and check out when I had a ton of luggage and struggled with the door, but they didn't. It just seemed more like a 3 star hotel and not worth it for the price. Check in took forever. Would stay somewhere else next time."

The staff truly helped make our anniversary unforgettable. The restaurant and bar were both fantastic. The location was also ideal, within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and the San Antonio River Walk. We would definitely come back! We highly recommend staying here."

"Pay at arrival does not work I was charged for 2 rooms the day before I arrived. the staff informed me that this was not longer an option and due to the Festival the charge in advanced. So, why advertised as such? "

"Hands down a great luxury hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Everyone that you talk to is determined to make your stay as perfect as possible. The room was in perfect condition. Comfortable enough to let our 1 year old walk around. We will definitely be returning."

"The rooms were clean. The queen beds were small. The hotel rooms are kind of old and the carpet smells. The outside grounds were dirty, there was trash on the grounds. The landscaping was not kept nice."
