Because it’s an apartment and not a hotel room, don’t expect amenity such as toothbrush comb or mouthwash. The bath towels are so small and thin like a wash towels. The host is very busy. But efficient. She will answer your text to keep the workflow. It’s best if you text her a copy of the passport so as she can text you the key lockbox the day before you arrive. This is standard for key lockbox so people don’t show up early when the unit is not ready. The location is very good. You will be in the middle of Como, close to the train station and the lake."
