Buildings are old, with usual signs of age - old window and door frames, cracking pavement, some carpet stains. However, beds are comfortable, sheets are crisp and scrupulously clean, door locks are new and substantial, and the bathroom which appears to have been recently renovated is also scrupulously clean, as are towels. We would stay there again.

Given the insane price of many hotels, this establishment offers a good stay at a decent price. The rooms are clean albeit they could use some renos and upgrades, but then that might just sky-rocket the price. Staff is friendly, the free breakfast is reasonable. There is an outdoor pool on site but in all the years I have been staying here (which is 2 or 3 and every other month) it has never been functional.
