"Be careful when you choose to do mobile checkout they will charge you an additional 50.00 of hotel fees when you already paid the 100.00 fee at check in. They say you get reimbursed for the 50.00 deposit but if I chose to checkout through text messages I would have been charged an additional 50 dollars for a total of 150 dollars. Also our room wasn’t clean all the way, two plugs didn’t work, no fan in the bathroom and the faucets for hot and cold were on opposite sides. Also the food at their cafe inside was awful we had to send back my chicken tenders because the chicken was so tough and hard to chew. My husbands prime rib was so dry he didn’t even finish it. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again. However I would go watch another concert the concert venue was about the only decent thing. "

"Very good hotel casino, clean rooms, clean public areas and casino. Restaurants were very good especially steak house. Rooms area quiet and no issues. Would most definitely stay again."

"Everything was good except two things. One, the shower did not get hot enough for our family’s taste. The second one was that the house cleaner came in even after my girls said no you may not come in. She may not have heard it, not sure. It is also my fault that I did not place the do not disturb sign on the door knob when I went down to the laundry room. "

"If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to crash and aren’t easily "grossed out" by cleanliness lapses, this motel serves its purpose. However, those seeking luxury or high-end security should definitely look elsewhere. High-Tech Check-In The lobby was empty of physical staff, replaced by a video kiosk. This all-in-one machine handled everything: ID verification, digital signatures, payments, and key dispensing. While incredibly efficient and the remote representative was great, the experience lacked a personal touch. Security & Layout The property layout is confusing. I used a key to access a "secured" stairwell, only to find the upstairs hallway propped open with a trashcan. Additionally, a secondary stairwell nearby allows anyone to walk up from the street. If you are a solo traveler who prefers restricted building access, this may not be the place for you. Room Condition The room was dimly lit and appeared clean at first glance, but a closer look revealed food crumbs by the coffee station, sticky surfaces on the furniture, and hair on the bathroom floor. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable and well-made. Note that the property is currently under construction, so the pool is unavailable. Bottom Line: Great for a cheap, functional night’s sleep if you carry your own cleaning wipes, but skip it if you want a more secure or "hospitality-focused" environment."
