"Our new favourite hotel in Fargo! We will be staying here from now on. Very clean and well maintained property and rooms. The pool was great and clean as well. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options! I was very impressed they even offered options like oat milk and special coffee creamers. Staff was very very friendly. We will be coming back to stay in a few weeks."

"Good location on 13th Avenue South. Desk worker was friendly and helpful. Hotel hallways were dark when I arrive about 30 minutes before sunset. Room was left with a dirty sink from the previous night. Microwave and fridge in the room. TV didn't work. Good WIFI."

"You get what you pay for. It was not terrible, but I did ask for a different room because the first one was not well kept. The next room was doable for an off-name hotel. The second room was clean, and the AC worked. I probably would not stay there again. The people that worked there were very nice."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I can not adequately express this. It smelled like smoke, the room was disgusting. I tried to get my money back and was going to sleep in my car but they would not give me a refund. Expedia has declined my first review but just do not stay here. It was an awful experience and I would give it zero starts if I could."
