**First Floor:** The main living area on the first floor features an open, inviting space ideal for both entertaining and everyday living. The full kitchen, equipped with contemporary appliances, is perfect for preparing meals. The living room, complete with a cozy fireplace and a large 65” TV, offers a warm and welcoming spot to relax. This floor also includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower, serving both guests and residents. Just outside the main entrance, a convenient wood burning oven complements the kitchen.

**Ground Floor:** The ground floor is a versatile space designed for various activities. It includes a second living room and dining area, a convenient kitchenette, and a workspace for productivity. A half bath on this level adds to the practicality. Step outside through the ground floor’s exit to discover a lovely patio area. Here, a dining table nestled under a charming gazebo invites you to enjoy meals al fresco, surrounded by tranquil outdoor views.

**Accommodations:** Each bedroom has one queen bed. In addition, two rollaway beds are available to fit a total maximum number of 10 guests. An outdoor dining area will be available outside during the summer months. Firewood will be provided for the fireplace in the living room and the wood oven. In addition to the normal cooking equipment in the kitchen, the house is appointed with a grill for the fireplace and pizza peel for the wood oven.
