Belle vu

Très belle endroit là vu magnifique. Bémol: les marches ufff d’eau coup des marche à monter, il y a eu de manque avant notre arrivée qu’aurait dû être vérifier avant, air climatisé première chambre ne fonctionnait pas, il y avait de l’eau qui coulé de la pompe d’eau dans une salle de bain. Tous a été réparer au deuxième ours qu’on été la, l’extérieur très jolie mais l’intérieur vieux.

Spacious, clean, AMAZING view, right next to a great supermarket and an incredible restaurant. Highly recommend Pasquale and this property!!!! Pasquale helped us with our luggage when we arrived and during check-in he thoroughly explained the bus schedule, how to get to the nearest beach, and set us up with umbrellas and chairs at the beach as well as arranged a sunset tour on a private boat with Captain Felipo for us. When I booked the apartment and asked for advice, Pasquale pointed me to a private driver named Gianni who was absolutely wonderful. This property and Pasquale and his connections made our stay on the Amalfi Coast PERFECT!!!!! Highly recommend!

Amazing View and Wonderful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this fantastic home. The view was amazing and we enjoyed relaxing on the large private terrace. Yes there are two staircases to get up to the house but this is the Amalfi Coast everything is on a hillside. The location is convenient to a grocery store and several great restaurants. The parking lot was very convenient. The house is well equipped and very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were sad to leave.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in einer wunderschönen Region. Das Appartement bietet alles was benötigt wird, Pasquale war immer erreichbar und bei hat bei kleinen Problemen umgehend geholfen. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass das Appartement nur über 121 Treppenstufen erreichbar ist

Most relaxing and beautiful stay with a view

After a busy few days in Rome & Florence, my family of 6 had a welcome respite by the sea. We loved this apartment. Pasquale was very easy to communicate with and helpful. Note :: you’ll want to visit the nearby towns and plan to spend on taxis as the sita is unreliable, we visited in March and the bus was full 2 of the 3 times we tried. 50eu to Amalfi (our favorite) and 100Eu to positano. You must plan to shop at Angelos market below for food and produce for your stay. DELIGHTFUL! We enjoyed Ninos and also watching a lively soccer game below. As long as you understand that there’s stairs and plan to taxi, you’ll be in great shape! This time was along of favorites in Italy!

Magical place

The house is stunning, clean, has everything you need. The view is super magical. The host is superb. But the place has only one shower that can be a consideration for larger families. If you are older and from Florida and not used to stairs, this place is very challenging as there is 120 stairs that you have to take rain or shine and even at night, where part of it is dark and at least 25% of them have no hand rail either. Parking is also down the 120 stairs. So honestly challenging for elderly or people with young children, and also for out of shape people. If these are not issues for you, this place is the best place you can find. Thank you Pasquale 🙏🙏🙏

Gorgeous views and a very comfortable apartment

Pasquale and Raphael were wonderful hosts! They were very helpful with guidance and information. The views are spectacular and the apartment is clean and comfortable and includes everything you will need for your stay. Easy to get to Amalfi via bus and from there to take the ferry to other towns along the coast. Grazie Mille!

A Slice of Heaven in Conca Dei Marini

BEAUTIFUL property, even better than what was pictured in the photos. Huge terrace, STUNNING view, comfortable beds, nice living room. It was very roomy (we were a family of 6). Also a very lovely beach, market and cafe near by. Pasquale was very kind and met us at check-in. He gave us lots of information about the area and how to get around. The only downside is there are quite a few steps you have to take to get up to the property from the street. You also have to be mindful of what times the shuttle is available if you go out on day trips to Amalfi/Postiano/etc. It is a very long way up from the main road (where the busses and beach are) back to the property. But, with that being said, the steps were SO worth it. It was a very unique experience coming home to such a peaceful place after spending all day in busy tourist towns. Would definitely stay with Pasquale again!

One of our favorite rentals!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way: 1. The entire space is much nicer in person, and the view from the two bedrooms and kitchen is incredible. 2. Pristine in all spaces! Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. 3. Pasquale, the host, has been helpful beyond what’s expected to include assistance with our luggage, directions, dining and attractions recommendations. 4. Location - public transportation and the local shuttle available on the street level, right below the apartament and Pasquale provided detailed schedules for each. There is also a market stocked with all breakfast and lunch essentials, toiletries, and wine. 5. Public parking is near by and we never had issues finding a spot. Pasquale, thank you for your hospitality! We appreciate all your help and absolutely loved our stay at your house!

Great Unit!

This unit was perfect for our group of 6 ladies! There was a bed for everyone and the two bathrooms were very welcome ;) Great view from the amazing balcony. Beware, there are a lot of steps to get the amazing view, but Pasquale is wonderful and so great to help carry the luggage! I would absolutely stay here again.

Exactly what we hoped for

Incredibly clean and spacious house with fantastic views of the sea. We had a great time here. It's good value for money, and I'd recommend it to friends and family alike. Pasquale has ensured the house is well-equipped, and takes some time to help you familiarise with the surrounding area (as well as securing your all-important parking permit!). I would say that the description of the beds per room should probably be A) 1x double, B) 2x single, and C) 1x single, but this is hardly a big deal. I would also warn some travellers about the stairs up to the accommodation, but that's true of almost all properties along the coast here.

Beautiful Views

The views from this location are amazing. There is a restaurant directly below the house that has delicious food (we ate there almost every night). There is very quick access to the local bus stop about a 5 minute walk from the house that brings you right downtown Amalfi. There is also a small grocery store right next to the house to fill your fridge. The only things I would mention is if you are not good with stairs I would not recommend this location. The host is amazing and carried our luggage into the house, but there are numerous steps to get to your front door. Once you are in the home the views from the outdoor patio are amazing though. I would stay here again but it is not a place I would stay with my Mother who is in her 70's.

Beautiful views

Beautiful property - excellent views of the sea. The property has all one needs to enjoy their stay at the Amalfi Coast. The property is bit further away from Positano and Amalfi than we thought - and bus access can be limited on wknds - but it’s a lovely place with ACs in the bedrooms. The WiFi was limited, but we worked around that issue. The market and the restaurant near the property were excellent!

Wonderful!

We had a lovely stay in this home in Conca Dei Marini. The host Pasquale was very pleasant to deal with and responsive with any questions we had. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent with some great restaurants close by. We would highly recommend staying here... the views are spectacular as well. The welcome bottle of Prosseco was very much appreciated. Thank you!

Beautiful view and beautiful home

We had a wonderful time at Casa Raffaele. The host Pasquale was an excellent communicator and super helpful. The location was great because we were right between Amalfi and Positano so it was easy to get around. Conca is a beautiful town as well. Lots to see. There’s a supermarket and a wonderful dinner restaurant right beside the unit. The home is spacious and clean and having two bathrooms was helpful. The one thing to note is that you will need to climb stairs to get up to the unit so be prepared. The view is worth it as is the unit if you have a family travelling with you. Thanks Pasquale for everything!
