HARD ROCK is a very spacious home! The outdoor cabana is perfect for the pool and BBQ area. The spacious living area and kitchen are perfect for feeding all those hungry tubers after a long day on the river. A split floor plan works well with this home that comfortably sleeps 19 in beds. Your Frio family vacation planning just got a lot easier! This beautiful hill country home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms & a private pool. Your privacy at this home is perfect for children and adults. You are just minutes away from the crystal-clear waters of the Frio River for tubing, kayaking, or just relaxing.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Bedroom 1 — sleeps 2 – 1 king
Bedroom 2 — sleeps 6 – 1 queen bunk: 1 twin bunk
Bedroom 3 — sleeps 7 – 1 queen bunk: 1 twin/full bunk
Bedroom 4 — sleeps 4 – 1 queen: 1 twin bunk

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
