"I don’t see how this was a four star hotel. The rooms are very small. It was lacking basic things there was no shower cap, no hand cream, no conditioner, etc. in the bathroom, just soap."

Cleaning staff were friendly but not very thorough when it came to refilling soaps. No shampoo or conditioner provided (must bring your own), and had to ask twice for the body wash to be refilled. Fresh towels daily was nice. The elevator leaves a lot to be desired. Maximum two people (per signage), which is difficult when you have 3 people and luggage. Old school room key with a very heavy keychain attached for some reason. "
