"Excellent service on shore and at sea. Food was decent, a bounty of options and they accommodated my vegetarian diet nicely. Bus transfers from Hanoi very well-managed. Staterooms are comfortable but basic and dated. This is a budget-friendly tour and I was personally happy, but by no means is this a luxury cruise or an high-end experience. "Si tuviera que repetir la experiencia, repetiría el mismo crucero. Hotel elegante, limpio y personal muy amable, en especial Thuy. Fuimos a ver una cueva e hicimos kayak. Comimos, cenamos, desayunamos y almorzamos y la comida estaba realmente buena. Todo incluido menos la bebida, cosa que pagando casi 400€ la noche me parece muy feo. Entiendo que no te pongan vino, pero cobrarte una botella de agua me parece muy mal. Es lo único que no me ha gustado y creo deberían cambiar. El resto perfecto 👍"

"Lovely cruise ,the room was amazing with alot of big windows and big balcony.. The staff were amazing with us and our kids.. Full activities ,no time to get bored or hungry..The food was delicious but the dinner was expectionally tasty.. "
