Nestled between Conil de la Frontera and Roche, Villa Alberto is in a quiet location surrounded by nature and an idyllic pine forest, . The charming wood cottage has a living/dining room with a sofa bed and a very well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two pull-out beds) and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The cosy accommodation is also equipped with fans and cable TV. In the private outdoor area you will find a small, furnished porch, a sun terrace with seating and a barbecue area, as well as a lawn. Here you can enjoy meals in the fresh air and relax under the southern Spanish sun. A supermarket is 2.5 km or 5 minutes by car from Villa Alberto. A small selection of restaurants, bars and cafés are 4.1 km away in El Colorado and the nearest sandy beaches, Cala de Roche and Cala del Aceite, are about 4 km away.



The property has a private swimming pool, which is maintained and available for use all year round. It measures 1.20m height and 3.50m wide.

Pets are allowed if requested in advance. Starting with the 2nd pet, a fee per animal is charged.

Villa Alberto can be booked for a maximum of 15 days.
