In the north of the popular holiday resort Conil de la Frontera, the holiday home "Villa CA1" is situated in an ideal location close to the village centre and the beautiful beaches. The 100 m² accommodation consists of a cosy living/dining room with an oven and a well-equipped kitchenette, 4 bedrooms (3 of them with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a fireplace and a TV. In the outside area surrounded by a high wall, where you can enjoy a high degree of privacy, you can also find a furnished terrace, a garden and a pool area. Relax on one of the sun loungers on the green lawn, prepare a delicious meal on the barbecue or refresh yourself in the fenced pool. Thanks to its ideal location, the centre and the beach are within walking distance. A selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are 1.3 km away and the nearest beach, Playa de los Bateles, is 2 km and a half-hour walk away, past the Parque de la Atalaya.

The property accepts a maximum of 2 pets up to 15 kg.
