Holiday Home 'Villa Charco del Sultán' with Wi-Fi, Pool, Terrace and Garden

The holiday home Villa Charco del Sultán is located in a quiet residential area in the north of Conil de la Frontera. The ranch-style, white house consists of a bright living / dining room with a well-equipped kitchenette, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and therefore can accommodate 12 people. The child-friendly accommodation is also provided with Wi-Fi, a fireplace and a television. The highlight of the holiday home is the large outdoor area, where you will find a barbecue area, a covered terrace with a dining area and a well-kept lawn. The fenced, private pool invites you to cool off on warm days and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. The closest supermarket is 900 m or a 3-minute drive away and a restaurant is 500 m from the accommodation. For a larger selection of restaurants, bars and cafes as well as shops and boutiques you can visit the centre of Conil, just 2 km away. There you will also find the nearest sandy beach, Playa de los Bateles, which awaits beachgoers with its golden sand.



Parking is available on the property.

The property accepts a maximum of 2 pets up to 15kg.

In agreement with the local authorities, all guests must leave their identification data and sign a contract. Visits from outside persons during the stay are prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the non-refund of the deposit and the termination of the contract. Please note a security deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival, which will be refunded in the same way.

Late check-out is available on request for an extra cost.

Firewood for the fireplace is not included.
