Vacation Home "Villa Conilsur 2" Close to the Beach with Pool

Surrounded by fields in a quiet area of the popular holiday resort Conil de la Frontera, the modern holiday home Villa Conilsur 2 enchants guests with its simple and contemporary design. It has a large living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a small wood stove, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 people. Amenities furthermore include Wi-Fi and television. Outside there is a covered terrace with a dining table and a barbecue area where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals with a glass of wine. The well-kept lawn is furnished with deckchairs and leads to the fenced pool area with an outdoor shower. In the pool you can swim and enjoy the southern Spanish sun. Thanks to the optimal location, the town centre and the beach are within walking distance. A selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are 1.3 km away and the nearest beach, Playa de los Bateles, is 2 km and a half-hour walk past the Parque de la Atalya.



Parking is available on the property.

The property accepts a maximum of 2 pets up to 15kg.

In agreement with the local authorities, all guests must leave their identification data and sign a contract. Visits from outside persons during the stay are prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the non-refund of the deposit and the termination of the contract.

Late check-out is available on request for an extra cost.
