"The hotel Was a little tricky to get to but overall good location. Staff and amenities were good. I appreciated the breakfast , I would consider it above average. The only downside was the room was small."

"room was decent, but bathroom was hard to look at. dirt, grime, and mildew build-up on the tiles and in the corners. bad caulk job around the drain, so the build-up was there too. standard continental breakfast provided. staff is very friendly. "

The chicken wings tasted like they had just been warmed up in a conventional oven, like 7-11 wings. Staff should be more attentive to arriving guests in order to carry luggage. The check-in desk functions as a cashier for the restaurant rather than being in the front to greet visitors. If you want business, you should provide service comparable to the Ritz-Carlton. "

"Pool was closed and it never advertised this on the site. So my granddaughterw and daughter went to swim super excited. Yeah nope with no insight. I would've gotten a different room would've been closer and had an open pool. "

"We had a missed connection in Atlanta and we were able to get a room for the night. It was perfect. Clean and comfy beds. "

"First room they gave me was on the 30th floor and key did not work , went back to attendant and they provide two keys, when we entered room, it had not been cleaned as the beds were undone. I had stayed here in the past and never had an experience like this"
